15/6/2010 - Kami started our journey from Setapak at exactly 3pm untuk balik Moreng. Our children jangan kire le seronok tak terhingga ..Hakim dah lain batch .. bz keje le apa lagi !! Kg Sepinang is like heaven to my sister's children ..tak tau nape ek ..Sampai Moreng pukul 6pm ..kunci Mami tinggal atas bendol so tak de problem le nak cari .. rumah ok .. bilik air belakang je needs extra energy to clean up .. I took up the challenge !! Za, my maid swept the floor and mop .. lepas tuh bukak bekal yang I masak tadi ..

Lepas Maghrib, lepak umah Codet ..hmmm sate, gulai kari dan; kuayteow ..Misha dan Sara gi ngaji .Bibik Mami yang buat air. Codet baru balik keje tapi terpaksa masak pulak ..ok le tu kan .. kami lepak sampai pukul 12 tengah malam .. both Nizam dan Codet nak keje esok ..Kite angkut Misha dan Sara malam tuu ..

17/6/2010 - We were scheduled to Parit Keroma after lunch to merisik " Noli" for Anjang Hafifi. Azmen , me, Hafifi, Cik Bah, Cik Noh and Ati were going. Kami singgah makan kat warong minum air tebu and makan goreng pisang sebab tak pasti apa yang keluarga Noli nak hidangkan .. so sekurang-kurangnya takdelah kebulur. If was fast and smooth meeting, we promised to come for the meminang and bertunang on 12th September, i.e 3rd day of Aidilfitri . We stopped at Tanjung Mas for solat ..and not forgetting having mee bandung as well.
18/6/2010 - It was Friday, we packed our stuff and headed to Ancasa Port Dickson . It's a gathering for Azmen's family which I coordinated. We arrived safely at 3pm where check-in was smooth . It's a 2D/1N outing. Macam-macam mak, Kak Ina & Lily masak ..rondang pun ado !! Further details on this will be on other entry as this is more on Kok ..hehehe
20/6/2010 - A surprised text message from Ati, notifying that Kok met an accident and broke his arm ..alahai macam-macam lah Kok nih !! Managed to talk to him, everyting was ok and he was still hospitalised. Thanks to Allah that it wasn't serious ..Achik graciously took responsibility to take care him in Johor ..thanks to Achik and his hubby for that !! To Kok who read this entry .. please be careful and note that all of us CARE for you !! ... Kak Long

Alahai .. kesian Kok
Kenapa pulak Kak Long pilih title nih ..apa dah jadi? Wahai adikku yang bernama Hafifi @ Kok, firstly on behalf of your sisters and brothers ..we like to thank you for agreeing to assist in solving issue in Keratong. Personally, Kak Long trusted you due to your leadership quality (mesti kembang Kok bila baca entry nih ..
Ceritenya mula macam nih .. Remember on the earlier entry on saham KPF which kite selitkan pasal issue duit gaji yang disonglap oleh YM Ketua Blok ?? Sebelum balik KL dr Moreng mase CHNY kite ada tinggalkan 4 helai tugasan yang Kok perlu bereskan. Among other things were to solve the gaji issue. He took a day off today, March 2 to collect 2009 payslips, Jan 2010 salary, inspected umah, get details on housing loan from Felda and lastly to meet the YM Ketua Blok. He waited YM Ketua Blok for almost 4 hours in order to get RM300 from the YM Ketua Blok. Kite memang dah angin sebadan dah, sampai amik wudhu untuk solat Asar pun terpakai jam tangan .. doa pun pendek je, mintak redakan rasa marah nih ..tak kusyuk betul solat ari ni .. terkenang Kok yang terpaksa berpanas semata-mata untuk kutip duit tuh ..Hutang YM Ketua Blok masih berbaki approx RM500 lagi ..
According to Kok, maybe we do not receive any monies on "duit lebihan buah" as it wasnt be properly recorded and no proper vouchers given to settlers. I told him we just concentrate on the monthly gaji first & do not add up other matter first. The utmost priority is to get the balance outstanding ... To Kok " A very sincere thank you for handling this which wasnt easy and demand his time. As a reward he is eligible to get his allowance RM50-RM100 claimable from Kak De. Since she's the Treasurer. It's meant for his time, sweat & dedication .. KUDOS KOK" .. Kak Long

.. saham KPF
Alhamdulillah it's finally over. Sijil saham Arwah Abah telah dapat ditukar nama kepada Kak De. Tapi yang "saham khas" tak boleh reiissue to her name but there's a stamp behind the sijil that stated has been transferred to her name. This is the 1st phase of ownership.
The 2nd phase will be to transfer all title for "Keratong" to Fifi. As of now we haven't divided the shares among ourself. Fifi is big enough to handle all Keratong matters by now. For a start he has now has to resolve the monthly income & attending the meeting. Kak De aka Codet still the Treasurer. Before I left back to KL I left Fifi 4 pages to do list. Among others are to collect all outstanding payslips from En Zul (Pegawai Felda Keratong 3) and later will get Kak De to reconcile the account. This is another way to keep track the shortage of monthly income that even up to this hour RM800++ still owed by Zainal the Block Head..
Dont want to elaborate on the shortage by him which I went to meet his wife, Intan during CHNY holidays recently and didn't meet him. He told his wife to let me know tht he will pay it once he has monies .. what a coward and unreliable man !!

Upcoming family trip
Masa lepak-lepak with Codet, Epit & Iza kat dalam bilik Mysha tersembul soalan ni .. nak gi mane ehh this year? A place that everyone can make it..all have to consider Didi in Penang, Ngah Ta yang paling ramai anak & bebudak lain yang tak berfamili lagi .. we finally decided to consider Langkawi as it is the most affordable & easily access to all.
We set the committee up .. Iza as the secretariat who has to look for the best deal on airfares, Codet as a Tuan Tanah Kedaung surely layak for the Treasurer post and for me the Chief(perasan !!). Bukan ape this is just to ensure that all plans are executed as plan .. tu je .. bukan nak giler kuasa pulak .. The discussion continued till teatime which create a sense of jealousy to the husbands in the house on the secret plan. We revealed on what we had discussed. Nizam offered to find out Maybank bungalow if possible.
The date that we are planning to go is 5th December 2010. It's a long way to go but we have to work it by now since all are working and busy with kids. Myself has 4, Ta has 5, Codet 4, Didi 3, Epit 1, Acik 1, Fifi & Mami yang masih kena di tongkan since kurennnng cent ..(heha) . Treasurer Codet agreed that flight will be sponsored from KL to Langkawi, subject to if Nizam able to get the bungalow at minimal cost. Otherwise the sponsorship will be freeze or minimal pay will be impose ..
To all my Sisters & Brothers , please block this meaningful event. Do get yoor spouse aware on these dates. Let's have fun .. cheers from Kak Long.

..legasi Tok Bujal
It is my turn, Kak Long (aka Lin) to write this blog on this legacy.. semuanya bermula dari hal tanah Moreng ..Sebelum balik cuti CHNY (probably a week before) I received a call from a man that intoduced himself as 'Pakcik'. I dont have much thought and really thought it was Pakcik Kamil who lives in Bt Siput. Rupanya Pakcik Karim yang dok di Keratong .. it's consider a surprise to me though ..it was 10pm if I'm not mistaken ..
He called to ask the where about of the original land title for Moreng..Of course I denied of having it but promised to find it out with Ati (aka Codet). I called Ati the next day and told her all about the Pakcik call.
The most awaited days arrived i.e CHNY holidays. Amilia and Luth were excited. Hakim was at work and only able to be in Moreng on Sunday, 14th. Aku sampai Moreng Friday 12th petang. I took 1/2 day leave that day to avoid jam at the highway. Smooth sailing sampai Moreng.Called both Fifi & Codet (lagi best panggil nama ni dari panggil Ati) .. masing-masing masih kat tempat keje. Hmmmmm we decided to drive straight to Moreng rather than divert to Codet's house at Tanjung Sengkawang. Sampai Moreng terus check umah dulu .. bersih .. so okaylah boleh tinggalkan Amilia, Luth and Aqilah with Za (our Thai maid) for clean up .. while me and Abang Long shopped for groceries and rice cooker (which we just realised wasn't function well) ..it took us an hour shopping at the electrical shop and Nirwana. Nirwana is the shopping centre name bukan tempat orang mati tauuuuuu ..
Codet arrived with Bibik, Puteri and Nellish at 8pm that nite. Thought that we haven't arrived and would like to check on the things to buy before the rest arrived. It's too late aku dah siap masak pun.. even though in office attire!! Penat tu beb !!
Epit, Iza and Erina (their newborn) only sampai the next morning. Pagi-pagi lagi Nizam (Codet's hubby) sampai bawa sarapan nasi lemak & bihun dari kedai Senab (Gelang Chincin) .. sedap tau !! In fact he also packed sate sotong ..tapi liat sikit but still marvellous .. He just got back from Pasar katanya ..and invited us to have lunch at his house instead of having lunch in Moreng since there's nothing much that we can do with limited resources available.
Had lunch at Codet's house. She's a good cook. Dia masak asam pedas ikan terubuk, siput lemak with nenas, sambal udang petai, sambal tempoyak (mak Iza bagi), ikan masin & sayur.. betos perut!! .. Lepas makan kitorang lepak dalam bilik Misha .. baru bukak cite pasal tanah Moreng. Codet amik copy of the land title and we concluded that to :-
a. to give Arwah Cik Zab family tanah atas instead of yang kat bawah as we are sharing it with other owner which we didn't know;
b. to meet Abg Najib (tanah seberang) to ask about the ori land title .. which we didnt know that we actually holding it????; and
c. to visit Mak De & Ayah Uda who were just came back from Hajj and at the same time ask about the history of tanah Moreng.
Epit did the 1st assignment i.e went to meet Abg Najib and clarified on who's holding the ori land title that evening. He didn't know it either and claimed that we took it before bicara on tanah Moreng ...hmm we concluded that we have to seek clarification from Mak De then.
Myself, Abg Long nad Epit went to Keratong the next day after waiting for Fifi yang tak kunjung tiba ..rupanya masih keje kat Bukit Bujang .. It was a short visit and on way back I called Ayah Uda to inform him that we would like to pay him visit. We reached Jementah at 3.40pm. Iza, Epit , myself & Aqilah were there where only Mak De & Ayah Uda je yang ade umah .. yang lain tak de .. as semua pegi umah Long Pidah di Perak.
Ceritanye begini ..tanah Moreng tu asalnya dari anak Tok Bujal Mohamed bin Bujal. Dia meninggal tanpa ada waris kecuali adik beradik seibu & sebapa. Atuk Mohamed and sorang adik lelaki seibu & sebapa i.e Lebar bin Bujal (Atuk kami) & Seorang adik perempuan sebapa i.e Lembab bt Bujal (Atuk abang Najib). Bahagian tanah Atuk kami dah berkuasa i.e tanah tu berkongsi antara Arwah Cik Nab & Arwah Mak, but majority was our Mom. Dalam geran tu 4/8 share was nama Timah, kata Mak De tu mak Abg Najib yang mana tanah tu dia beli dari arwah Atuk Mohamed. Masa tu dia nak jual pada arwah Tuk Apak (Atuk Lebar) pada hage RM500 ke RM1000, tapi Tuk Apak kurang mampu jadi offer kat mak Abg Najib. Mak De suruh keluarga Atuk Lembab berkuasa tanah since nama dia masih dalam geran. Katanya orang umah kat baruh tu cucunya ..
Kami tak duduk lama ..rasanya sejam je kat Jementah and drive back to Moreng. I execute the 3rd mission that was jumpa orang Baruh suruh berkuasa tanah. I did apologise for not knowing them as part oof our relative. Her name was Kak Midah. Rupa dia macam arwah Cik Mah kat Sepinang tuu .. She wasnt aware that her family has the portion on the land that we lived in. I told her our intention to buy it since it's only a small portion if her family decided not to have it. If her family insist to have it .. no harm we still allow it ..She promised to find out about it and get back to us when she has the answer. I gave my phone no and Epit phone no as well.
We have done our job .. hope that it wont take so much time and hassle to settle it ... to my sisters and brothers who read this entry .. I called it legasi Tok Bujal as it where we came from .. I'm working on updating "Bujal' family tree .. cheers !!
